Our journey began with mobile welding and fabrication, starting in the UK with a single van serving plant hire yards and construction sites for on-site repairs.
Today, we have expanded to operate two fully equipped mobile vans, with one being a 4x4 vehicle designed for challenging environments such as quarries and pipelines. Our mobile units are fitted with oxy-fuel cutting equipment and 400amp welding machines, including wire feeders for line boring and on-site structural welding.
With our state-of-the-art mobile capabilities, we bring top-quality welding services directly to your location.
REPAIRS &
FABRICATION
Our skillset spans a wide range of plant and machinery repairs, from minor fixes to comprehensive bucket overhauls. We specialize in building and modifying customer attachments of any size, serving industries such as quarrying, waste management, demolition, recycling, rail, marine, and plant hire.

Our line boring capabilities enable us to manage projects from start to finish, including collection and delivery services with HIAB or low loader vehicles.
PIPEWORK
Due to the shortage of skilled welders and tradesmen in the industry, we have increasingly taken on extensive pipework projects across various sectors, including oil and gas, water, and steam.
Our expertise now spans pipelines ranging from 2” to 48” in diameter.
We are proficient in all welding processes, including TIG, MMA, MAG, and flux core, and are frequently called upon to assess and execute complex pipework projects.
MARINE
At DMG Welding Services, our roots run deep in the marine industry, stemming from a family heritage in fishing. This background has fueled our passion for marine engineering, making it our favourite sector to work in.
We developed our skills and expertise through an apprenticeship at a marine-focused engineering company known for its unwavering 'can-do' attitude. This experience inspired us to pursue our dream of boat building, with aluminum as our material of choice due to its numerous benefits. We began our journey with the construction of a 7-meter inshore commercial boat.
Our dedication to quality and innovation drives us to expand and serve larger markets, offering top-notch welding and engineering services tailored to the unique needs of the marine industry.
CIVIL / RAIL
ENGINEERING
In our civil engineering division, we provide a comprehensive range of on-site services. We are proficient in sheet piling, temporary shoring and propping, installation of embedment plates, and delivering projects to full completion.
Additionally, we specialise in fabricating and installing balustrades, handrails, balconies, and fire escapes.
With our commitment to precision and quality, we ensure every project meets the highest standards from start to finish.
LINE
BORING
Recognising the growing demand in heavy plant repairs, we identified line boring as a crucial service to incorporate into our offerings.
As a result, we have expanded our capabilities to include comprehensive line boring services, ranging from 30mm to 400mm in diameter.
We provide both mobile and workshop-based solutions, ensuring we can meet your needs efficiently and effectively, whether on-site or at our facility.
